ASIS Toronto Chapter #193’s Certification Committee offers review courses for those planning to take the industry certification exams: Certified Protection Professional (CPP®), Physical Security Professional (PSP®), Personal Certified Investigator (PCI®) and Associate Protection Professional (APP). Review courses provide attendees with a unique opportunity to network while reviewing their experience and knowledge and preparing for the certification exam.
Who Should Attend
The CPP, PSP, PCI and APP Study Groups are designed for security practitioners who qualify to write and are preparing for the exam. For requirements, please see: www.asisonline.org
Please note the CPP Study Group is designed for those that have started their own CPP review. Attendees should be familiar with the course content and study materials.
Registration is open now and online for your convenience. Study groups are contingent on active participation and will be run with a minimum number of participants.
We will hold a virtual information night on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:30 PM, during which you can learn more about the program and ask questions.
The entire program this year will be run virtually and will commence on December 03. Sessions will be held each Tuesday for 6-8 consecutive weeks (depending on the certification) and will be two and a half hours in length.
We will be using the Cisco WebEx platform for both the Information Session on November 12 as well as for the Study Sessions commencing on December 03. A link with details will be provided on day of the event, after registrations have closed.
